Top quality and taste are our priority. We are local and fresh; we process weekly to assure freshness. Our beef is affordable so that you can enjoy it with your family and friends. We believe in honesty and practicing integrity in our business. We offer a large variety of cuts and sizes, some that are hard to find elsewhere. We are proud to be able to provide for families, events, and restaurants.

Our cattle are Black Angus. They are raised by our family with great care. All natural without antibiotics or implants, we are USDA inspected and VT state approved. We strive to be good stewards of the land and animals we have been provided with.

Our beef is frozen.

Delivery is available upon request to a 40 mile radius with a delivery fee and minimum size order.
